Tasks/Skills may include but are not limited to:

• Improve knife skills, plating skills, and general cooking skills.
• Learn how to participate in California health code requirements.
• Strengthen his time management skills to prepare and plate dishes in time.
• Hands-on preparing dishes for a menu that rotates seasonally
• Gain an understanding of a BEO and train with catering managers.
• Develop understanding and practice of sanitary standards, nutrition, and kitchen management for a deluxe hotel property.
