The company is a freight forwarding and shipping company, which specializes in the lifting and movement of over-dimensional loads. The company offers cost-effective and professional solutions for over-dimensional transport including loading, securing, offloading and rigging. For their office in Hillside, New Jersey they are currently looking for an intern to support their team for 12 months.
Tasks:
- Assisting with import and export shipments
- Setting up trucks
- Preparing documents for customs clearance
- Issuing invoices
- Supporting the import coordinator
Application qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as Forwarding Merchant is required
- Previous working experience in the import and export department is beneficial
- Recent graduates, as well as experienced candidates, will be considered equally
