Internship in a Law Firm

The law firms are international and work with the business law at different locations. They are focused on advising clients in international transactions, especially in commercial and corporate law, real estate and banking law, as well as investment and tax law. In addition, the lawyers accompany clients in transnational litigation and advice on immigration and nationality law.

Description of the position:

For participation and training in the law firm, we are looking for qualified and dedicated trainees and law students, in corporate and business law for an internship in the U.S. The training takes place either at the office in Atlanta (Georgia), Charlotte (North Carolina) or San Francisco (California).

Application qualifications:

You are in an advanced semester of Law studies or in legal training and have excellent English skills. You are also able to speak and read Spanish.

The aim is to give foreign lawyers practical experience in respect of a number of U.S. jurisdictions. You have the opportunity to work on interesting projects with all lawyers, and we try to match your interests and skills and projects will be allocated accordingly. The internship program is characterized by its "hands-on experience", which means you have the ability to actively manage a project.
