Human Resources Internship

The intern will gain an in depth understanding of the human resources process and an insight into job descriptions and how they coordinate to positions throughout the hotel.  The intern will assist in the recruitment process and gain an understanding of what is involved when hiring new employees.

Tasks Include:

- Attending human resources department meetings

- Filtering CV's

- Making appointments with applicants

- Sitting in with the manager during the interview process
