The host company is about an hour drive from Orlando. It is a family fun center offering a wide range of activities and entertainment, like roller skating, birthday parties, bowling, laser tag, etc.
Tasks include:
- Carrying out front desk activities and email communication,
- Organizing events and birthday parties
- Updating website, Facebook, and Twitter
- Creating weekly coupons for Specials and creating flyers, set up coupons delivery, party invoicing and confirmation
- Communicating with hostesses, inventory control
- Advertising and promoting host company’s services, meeting potential guests, making phone calls, scheduling appointments, interacting with guests
- Assisting with a party organization, checking invoice, making sure bills have been paid, party scheduling, following up to make sure everything is set up for the party, etc.
